Sarona is professionally qualified in Hotel Management. She studied in South Africa where she received the Southern Sun trophy for the top student in her final year. Following this, Sarona did a degree in Organisation and Administration through Michigan University in the USA after which she worked in 5 star hotels giving her a thorough understanding of delivering first class service.
Sarona has a passion for people, performance, and the dedicated delivery of superior customer service. She has over 20 years leadership and management experience in Customer Service Training, Business Development and Operational Management within regional, national and international organizations. Sarona believes strongly that business excellence is achieved through people, both clients and staff. For the last 5 years Sarona has held a senior management role in the medical industry.
